ADEC Innovations recently recognized First Gen Corporation as the “Green Company of the Year” at the 2017 Asia CEO Awards, held last October 17, 2017, at the Marriott Grand Ballroom.  David Young, ADEC Innovations’ Chief Operating Officer for Asia, together with AMDATEX General Manager Jurgen Tanpho, were present at the ceremony to honor the winner.

Now on its fourth consecutive year, ADEC Innovations continues to sponsor the Green Company of the Year award to recognize organizations that exemplify strong leadership and commitment in sustainability and environmental protection.

First Gen Corporation, a subsidiary of First Philippine Holdings Corporation (FPH) and has stakes in power generation and distribution, infrastructure, manufacturing and property development, joins the ranks of past awardees, which include Imperial Homes Corporation (2016), E-motors Corporation (2015) and San Carlos Solar Energy (2014).

Launched in 2010, the Asia CEO Awards aims to showcase the ASEAN region as a premier business destination. The event is one of the largest business awards annually held in the Philippines and is the largest event of its kind in the Asia Pacific region.

ADEC Innovations has received its own share of recognition from the Asia CEO Awards. It was given the Executive Leadership Team of the Year Award in 2013, and was also recognized as the Technology Company of the Year in 2014 through its member company, Envirosite Corporation. In 2016, ADEC Innovations CEO Mr. James Donovan was named Expatriate Executive of the Year.
