ADEC Innovations Announces Richard Patterson as New Senior Vice President

23 February 2024 — ADEC Innovation proudly announces Richard Patterson as the newly appointed Senior Vice President and Group Head of Sales and Revenue for ADEC Business Solutions.

Richard has more than three decades of business leadership in sales, business process outsourcing, information technology outsourcing, customer experience, and customer-focused innovation. He has a track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams, resulting in transformative business solutions.

In his new role, Richard will focus on enhancing ADEC Innovations’ global sales strategy, guiding the company toward stronger client relationships, sales-led revenue growth and sustainable business service solutions. Richard believes business success and sustainability work together to create lasting change for the global community.

The “One ADEC” initiative speaks to Richard’s commitment to unifying ADEC’s teams, solutions, and vision under a single cohesive strategy, ultimately aligning sales and revenue strategies.
