Andrew serves as Vice President for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in ADEC Business Solutions South Africa. Based in Cape Town, Andrew has experience in creating economic prosperity via business growth and believes that whatever is done in business should also benefit the community and the planet.
His extensive background includes strategy development, executive and operational leadership, business planning, and program and project management. Passionate about sustainability, he is proud to drive impactful solutions at ADEC while embracing innovation.
Teamwork is an important pillar of Andrew’s leadership, and he values collaboration in order to turn challenges into opportunities. He looks forward to contributing to the success of the “One ADEC” initiative and believes that our ADEC values, principles, and purpose can enable us to work closely together to deliver strong operational results.
Andrew received an Advanced Certificate in Leadership from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business and completed a Program in Project Management from the University of Stellenbosch Graduate School of Business. Andrew and his wife take advantage of all that Cape Town has to offer. He leads an active lifestyle and enjoys cycling, nature and the great outdoors. He also takes pleasure in fine wine, dining out, art, and travel.
