He has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams, resulting in transformative business solutions. In his current role, Richard focuses on enhancing ADEC Innovations’ global sales strategy, guiding the company toward stronger client relationships, sales-led revenue growth and sustainable business service solutions.

Richard and his wife, Sally, live near Buckingham, UK. They have three grown children and five grandchildren, as well as a feisty English Springer Spaniel. He enjoys gardening, woodland management, reading historical novels, and improving his golf game.
